  • Garment Ownership: By submitting garments for service, you confirm you own or have permission to launder the items.

5. Limitations of Liability

  • Damage to Items: We exercise care during the laundering process; however, we are not liable for:
    • Normal wear and tear during cleaning.
    • Pre-existing conditions, such as weak fabric or fading.
    • Items damaged due to manufacturer’s defects or improper labeling.
  • Lost Items: In the rare event of lost items, liability is limited to the documented value of the item, not exceeding $50 per garment or $150 per order.
  • Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including weather, traffic, or mechanical failures.

6. Special Items

  • We do not clean or handle items requiring dry cleaning, hazardous materials, or items with specific care requirements beyond standard laundering.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

  • Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule pickups with at least 24 hours’ notice. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
  • Refunds: Refunds are provided at the Company’s discretion and only for services not rendered or for verified errors on our part.
