A: If we are unable to process your payment:
A: Currently, we only accept credit and debit cards with Auto-Pay. For business accounts, contact us at info@lavewash.com.
A: No hidden fees! We believe in full pricing transparency—no processing or delivery fees. Optional services like Rush Service or Hang Dry are clearly priced. We hold the right to charge the heavy soil fee and $25 fee for bio-hazards found in launry
A: Invoices are due within 48 hours of receipt unless otherwise stated. We track late-payment notices cumulatively across your account. If three (3) late-payment notices are issued at any time, your account will be closed and service discontinued. Service may also be paused until the balance is paid in full.
A: We do not offer emergency, after-hours, weekend, or holiday pickups. All services are provided only on your assigned service day during regular business hours. This ensures consistency for all clients and protects our staff’s time for rest and family.
A: Subscriptions are non-refundable, including partially unused periods. Once a subscription is activated, the full term is reserved for you and cannot be reversed or refunded. If you are unable to use your subscription for any reason, we encourage you to take full advantage of the services during the active period.
A: We do not provide refunds for completed services. However, if an issue arises, we will gladly issue a service credit to your account for future use. Service credits must be applied within [X timeframe, e.g., 90 days] of issue
